What is Ashinuke in the slayer?
While he performing one of his daily chores, Tanjiro overhears two girls talking about Ashinuke. A lot of older girls are leaving these days, saying they committed to Ashinuke, says one girl. Tanjiro enters the room and asks why exactly that word speaks. That also means Breaking your ties. I’ve learned that for a while, from the episode, Ashinuke is when a girl is running in a customer without paying her debt. This family is often exploited by girls in the district, but some of them can make it for one another. Tanjiro discovered that recently one of Tengen’s wives, Suma, committed Ashinuke. There was no suggestion that anyone thought that Suma would do this, but there were some people who found her diary where she wrote that she ran away from a person. Of course, Tanjiro knows that Suma didn’t run away as she was undercover. Thus, the demon she was investigating may have captured her.
