That group has launched a petition so that fans can express their support for change. On the other hand, Ubisoft announced that it’s handing out pay raises to help maintain the deteriorating chubby of key talent that has fallen in demand from other studios and sectors. The employees are seeing a pay increase of between 5 and 75% and the management increases 20%. Of course, Ubisoft says this unexpected raise is due to the market changing in Canada, but a current game developer is making a different impact, according to Kotaku. Their desperate attempts to keep on to what few experienced devs still live here. Better Ubisoft responded to the raise of the problem by saying that it did nothing to address the very key demands of the group.
