In late November, coach Nikola guerri Nogueira announced that Vinicius VINI Figueiredo wouldn’t be with the rons until 2022. According to a statement released on Nov. 25 by the coach, the organization is looking to add a dedicated AWPer to the team. After four years, the long-standing position of the riflers within the organization is finally over. The news came after reports of the announcement that VINI is in talks with Team Liquid by 1pvr.fr. Some weeks ago, Globo reported that the FURIA was interested in replacing VINI with saffee. The days before they were published, Globo stated that FURIA had already made an offer for saffee. The 1pvr.fr report says several weeks of negotiations have finally finalized the roster move, and saffee will join the team for the 2022 season. As a result, 1pv.fr reports that the 27 year old rejected an offer to join the Marcelo program coldzera envoy for a group that tapped into FURIA. FURIA had a good 2021 season. They finished second at three a-level events and made the Champions Stage at the PGL Major. The only other offline event that the team attended was a World-class Masters of the Year in Köln, where they placed just outside the top eight. With paiN Gaming, saffees highest-placed in an A-tier event 2021 was in the 2016-2019 IEM Annual Meeting, which will be held in North America.
