The new game, called Legacy, of Molyneux seems to be an opportunity for players to build their own business, using wide possibilities to build their own own products. According to Molyneux himself, players earn land NFTs which allow them to create [their] own blockchain business inLegacy.

Molyneux specifically claims that the game would allow players to earn and own their game, a statement that could have easily come out of a satire. He notes that the game will adopt its own cryptocurrency in the form of LegacyCoin, which complies with the benchmark accumulated by EC-20 tokens. Finally, it seems difficult to see this new NFT game by Peter Molyneux as anything other than a cynical attempt to rip in the growing trend, one that doesn’t make much sense to begin with. In general, his recent projects have not garnered as much praise as his earlier works, and it seems pretty unlikely this new game will reverse the trend, especially since it focuses so heavily on its business model rather than merely on things that are artistic merit.
