Players take over the protagonist of the previous game, Jax, who now needs to cope with the new threat from the ground. This threat kills Magalan by unleashing the dangerous powers of dark Elex, and Jax is bound to convince the factions to unite against the invaders. He tries to find his son, Dex, who has gone missing as soon as he does that.

Players roam around Magalan’s world, they can engage with unique NPCs who will remember what they’ve done and react accordingly. There are many NGOs who can join your group as well as leave you, and they can also die, if it’s affecting you. In between interactions with NPCs, players can play active, fast and wide and carryable combat with a massive control system. The release date for ELEX II is coming as a great news for fans.
