As recently reported,Call of Duty: Vangaurds launch sales in the UK are a 40 percent decline from last year-Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warmanaged at launch. When you go through the window, the physical sales are down 26%, while the digital sales are up 44%. Although it appears that gamers use games like The War: One, and the aforementioned factors, such as increased popularity of free-to-play Call of Duty, and the epidemic, and, of course, the critical reception, have a bad impact on the sales. Of course, seeing that as it was viewed out of control, the games still fetch a lot, and is second-biggest ever in the UK with FIFA 22. It’s still a good dip. Since the original Warfare’s launch in 2007, the Call of Duty is the worst since the last Call of Duty game was launched in 2007. Even critically panned entries such as: GhostsandandCall of Duty: Infinite Warfare could have been cheaper, with 52% less and 16% more thanVanguardat’s launch respectively. It is worth noting that this decline has been a trend forthe series since the last year, particularly because of the growing popularity of the aforementioned Warzone and free-to-play video game Call of Duty. Activision has expanded its efforts in both directions as it shifts focus towards the series, but it remains to be seen whether Viangaurdslaunch will be deemed to be the company’s concern.
